You have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.

​

Once a return has been requested, your package must be postmarked within 4 days to ship the items back to us. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return.

Once your items have been received, they will be inspected for the following: 

• Must be unwashed & unworn.

• Must contain all original packaging including plastic bags and labels.

Returns may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

• Animal hair or hair of any kind

• Any visible wear or damage

• Deodorant marks

• Excessive wrinkling

• Lingering odor

 

All products marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for returns. All products sold during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion are ineligible for returns, however exchanges are permitted if product meets the above requirements.
